APTUK Katharine Miles Innovation Award - sponsored by Pharmaceutical Press
The Katherine Miles Innovation Award helps to support creative thinking. Entrants use posters or short presentations to illustrate latest research and generation of new and valuable ideas. The awards will be made to entrants who best showcase their projects, research or achievements.
All presentations will be considered for The Katherine Miles Innovation Award and there will be 2 awards given in 2026, one for the best oral presentation and one for the best poster presentation.
APTUK Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award - sponsored by Viatris Healthcare Ltd
The Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award acknowledges an outstanding pharmacy technician who has shown a significant contribution over the past 12 months and symbolises the best of their profession, by going above and beyond their day-to-day duties.
The APTUK Pharmacy Technician Team of the Year Award focuses on the pivotal role that outstanding teams of pharmacy technicians have on influencing positive person-centred patient care. This can be through innovation, service development or research.
The APTUK Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award acknowledges the commitment, dedication and achievement of Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technicians. The award will be made to a trainee who, in the opinion of the judges, demonstrates outstanding effort and commitment.
APTUK Excellence in Pharmacy Education Award - sponsored by Buttercups
The APTUK Excellence in Pharmacy Education Award recognises an outstanding pharmacy technician, team or project that has made a significant contribution to education, training and development of pharmacy technicians or pharmacy teams in the UK.
Please note, this award is open to individual pharmacy technicians, pharmacy teams or projects but not to educational providers.
APTUK Advancing Clinical Practice Award
The APTUK Advancing Clinical Practice Award is open to pharmacy technicians, pharmacy teams or a project that has contributed to significant clinical advancement over the past 12 months.
APTUK Inspirational Leadership Award - sponsored by Boots
The APTUK Inspirational Leadership Award is open to pharmacy technicians who have shown inspirational leadership within their team over the past 12 months.
APTUK Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year Award - sponsored by Female Pharmacy Leaders Network
The APTUK Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion of the Year award recognises an outstanding pharmacy technician who has championed the values of equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace over the past 12 months.
APTUK Branch of the Year Award
The APTUK Branch of the Year Award recognises the outstanding achievements and engagement for the past year for one APTUK branch.
