We are excited to announce a “Dragon’s Den” style session to discuss trial ideas at the upcoming UK SABR Consortium meeting, taking place on 20–21 November 2025 in Newcastle.

This is your opportunity to pitch a SABR-based clinical trial or study idea to a panel of expert Dragons—leading academics from centres across the UK and overseas for advice / support / guidance that may be helpful in taking your trial forward.  Whether your proposal is an early concept, a fully developed study not yet approved or funded, or a preliminary idea you think might be worth talking through and would like support with; we welcome your submission. As long as your idea involves SABR, it will be considered.

The Consortium committee will select the most promising ideas for a live pitch at the conference, where you will have the chance to receive feedback, discuss feasibility, and potentially spark new collaborations. At the end of the session, the audience will have a chance to vote for their favourite presentation, and the winner will receive a funded place to the 2026 UK SABR Conference.

Submission Guidelines:

1. A brief proposal of no more than 300 words
2. Include the clinical/academic question, proposed methodology or rationale, and what you’re hoping to achieve
