1. Registration fees are exempt from VAT at the prevailing rate and is free to members. Profile Productions have been appointed as conference organisers by the Association of Breast Surgery for their Global Health Symposium. They will process the registrations on behalf of the Association of Breast Surgery, but all delegate fees will be processed via the ABS’ nominated bank account. 2. Changes to any aspect the conference (including speakers) may be necessary due to events outside the control of the Association of Breast Surgery and Profile Productions. The organisers therefore reserve the right to make any necessary amendments to the programme or timings of the event. 3. Cancellations will only be accepted if submitted by email to abs@profileproductions.co.uk, refunds will not be issued for any cancellations. The UK rate is for an in-person place only, once booked you should attend in person and only in special circumstances may ABS consider allowing you to view online. Overseas LMI and non-LMI in-person attendance bookings may transfer to virtual attendance only in exceptional circumstances. 4. In the event of the Association of Breast Surgery being unable to hold the conference for reasons beyond their control, including public health warnings, community restrictions or epidemics, which result in the format of the conference being changed to an online version, you will be given a fixed period to cancel your registration. Otherwise, your registration will be automatically transferred. 5. Attendance fees will not be refunded in the event of threat of war or terrorism. 6. All registrations will be processed by Profile Productions on behalf of the ABS. Should anyone have any issue with Profile Production’s handling of the registration or refund process they can contact lucydavies@absgbi.org.uk and the ABS will look into your query. 7. There will be photography and/or video production taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes on-line and/or in printed materials. Delegates who do not wish their images to be included in this material should contact the organisers by email at abs@profileproductions.co.uk prior to the event. 8. GDPR: Profile Productions Ltd, the organiser of this conference, complies with the General Data Protection regulations of 2018. On the lawful basis of having received your consent, as indicated by your ticking the box/es, the company will hold the personal data, on behalf of The Association of Breast Surgery, and said personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed. 9. You agree that the Association of Breast Surgery or the conference organisers, Profile Productions may contact you by email or text message with information regarding your attendance at the conference.
