Summary

Terms and Conditions
1. The APTUK 2026 educational bursary includes a ticket to the full conference and exhibition for both Friday 18 and Saturday 19 September, a place at the awards dinner, and one night's accommodation at the Renaissance Hotel, London, Heathrow The bursary also includes up to £100 for travel expenses. 2. Applications will only be considered if completed and submitted via the online system. 3. Applications close on Tuesday 31 March. Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted. 4. APTUK recognises the positive value of diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. 5. All applications will be independently reviewed by a panel of judges and bursaries will be awarded accordingly. In case of equally strong applications, the APTUK Board of Directors will make the final decision. 6. The 2026 APTUK educational bursary is only redeemable by the applicant and is not transferrable. 7. Should the successful applicant not be able to attend the APTUK 2026 conference and therefore is not able to use the bursary, APTUK must be informed immediately so the award may be offered to another suitable applicant.  8. *Travel expenses will be reimbursed to a maximum of £100, in line with APTUK travel policy: Travel should be by standard class public transport with the most cost-effective rate possible sought.  On rare occasions first class travel may be more cost effective, prior approval is required by the APTUK Finance Team before booking.  Travel booking terms and conditions should allow a refund in the event of a cancellation after purchase of the ticket.     9. Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to the value stated above, providing a valid receipt is provided and details are sent to the APTUK finance team: financeteam@aptuk.org 10. Travel expenses apply to transport only and do not include subsistence. 11. The APTUK conference and exhibition discounted standard ticket prices will remain available until Tuesday 30 June for unsuccessful bursary applicants. 12. By applying for an APTUK conference bursary you agree to allowing APTUK and the nominated conference organiser’s Profile Productions, to use your name, job title and place of work for the purposes of promoting and announcing the 2026 named successful bursary applicants.
